We at Family Beehive strive to bring together people from all walks of life to create a diverse, inclusive, and empowering community. As our organization grows, we will actively work to incorporate this same inclusion and diversity in the workplace to help us learn and improve despite any adversity we may face. While our mission statement is driven towards helping women and their families, we understand that any individual who shares values of self-empowerment and respect can contribute to an incredible family. Therefore, we welcome all families to join Family Beehive and help us believe in, educate, and empower one another.
Partner organizations and individuals who wish to work alongside Family Beehive have been asked to agree to the following statement: the Family Beehive community will not tolerate the persecution or discrimination of any members based on age, race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, religious beliefs, or physical/mental differences. At the Hive we are allies, and voice our recognition and support of African American, Hispanic and Latino, Indigenous Peoples, LGBTQIA+, Immigrant, and physically and mentally disabled communities. If any Family Beehive staff, member, or partner organization has violated this Inclusion Statement, please let us know immediately by using our contact form or reaching out to any Hive Team member so the problem may be dealt with accordingly.
So, let’s make it clear: all who are seeking resources to help empower themselves, their families, and one another are encouraged to join us here at the Hive to help make our community a better place.
